The Intruders

American rock and roll band from Pittsfield, Illinois, known for the song "Now That You Know."

Formed 1964 by Doug Oakley (drums) and Bob "Bub" Evans (guitar) of Milton, Illinois. Included Terry Predmore on sax and Paul Crowder on bass. In 1965, Larry Lemons replaced Crowder on bass, Bob Allen on Vox organ replaced Terry Predmore. And Bill Mobus added as rhythm guitarist. In 1966, Bob Allen left, added Jeff Hallows as drummer. Four of the five members were drafted into the U.S. Army and the band dissolved in 1967. Later evolved into Wabash Resurrection.
