Real name: Arthur Sniderman

Canadian musician, producer, record company owner, conductor and record studio owner. Brother of Lou Snider (2) and Dave Snider (6).
(August 24, 1926 - May 26, 1987)

Founder of Chateau, Canatal Records, and All Canadian Talent Records / ACT Records (2) in the early 1960s. He was a co-founder of the short lived Red Leaf label in 1965. Founder of Sound Canada Recording Centre recording studio and the Op.Art label in 1966. Founded the labels Sound Canada and hi-lite in 1969. In 1973 founded Periwinkle Records. Troika Music was his publishing company. He was inducted into the Canadian Country Music Hall of Fame in 2002
