Cassiane e Jairinho is a Brazilian contemporary Christian music duo, writers and entrepreneurs formed by the musician couple Cassiane and Jairinho Manhães. The two have been working together since 1994 and have recorded albums as a duo since 2000.

Several of these albums have received ABPD certifications. O Amor é Mais, released in 2000, is the duo's biggest hit and sold 500,000 copies in the country, receiving a platinum record.

Cassiane and Jairinho won the Talento Trophy in the Best Duo category in 2003 and 2005. They were later nominated for the Promises Trophy in 2011 in the Best Group category.
