Procession was a jazz-tinged progressive pop band, formed in Melbourne, Australia in October 1967. Procession was formed by members of two earlier Australasian groups, Normie Rowe's long-time backing band The Playboys, and New Zealand group The Librettos. The group officially disbanded in September 1969.
