Victor Besange Lokuli Longomba aka Vicky Longomba (December 13, 1932, Leopolville, Belgian Congo - March 12, 1988, Ngaliéma, Congo Kinshasa) is an author, composer and performer of the scene of the Congolese rumba of the 50s / 70s.
Founder in 1962 of the band Orchestre Nègro Succès.
Father of Lovy Longomba and Awilo Longomba.
His niece is Fili Longomba (dancer, choreographer of Papa Wemba) and twin grandsons Christian and Lovy Longomba (creators of the group of Longombas)
