Members: Bernhard Hering, Matthias Krüger, Martin Wester

Bernhard Hering, Martin Wester and Matthias Krüger – better known as the composer trio Klangraum – have been producing score music for German television since 1985. Many soundtracks and title themes count among the credits of the three musicians who these days carry out their work and recordings in their newly constructed studios with large recording room and three control rooms.
Putting the emphasis of their work on the supportive role of music and sound design, Klangraum aims to serve the big picture of a film. An optimum of communication between director/filmmaker and composer is thereby regarded as a vital ingredient for a successfully completed project.
Covering a wide range of genres, Klangraum has produced scores in such diverse genres as orchestral, ethno or electro whilst always remaining stylistically appropriate. In addition to this extraordinary versatility, the trio has developped and maintained a unique and personal style. Apart from countless original score compostions appointed by the German National Television, Klangraum delivers high quality production music CDs for filmmakers and editors worldwide.
