Sleeve is a pastiche of the 'Easter Everywhere' cover, which may explain why that LP's line-up is pictured...Danny Thomas and Dan Galindo do not appear on either side, they didn't join the band until the summer of '67, a solid 6 months after the October '66 sessions which yield the first side, and close to 18 months after the live New Orleans tracks from March '66, which, incidentally, were recorded at The New Orleans Club in Austin, Texas, not in New Orleans the city.
