Johnny Degollado
Austin, Texas bandleader, accordion player and singer.
At the age of 19 Johnny Degollado aka “El Montopolis Kid” and his ensemble started touring Texas towns which consisted of seasonal migrant workers. Degollado’s career started in 1954 and continues to this day. His decades of playing has made him an Austin legend.
