Langsames Steuer (Slow Wheel) was the brightest Ukrainian indie group in the early 1990's. Founded 1991, Kiev, Ukraine. Strted as experimental noise group, later discovered their own unique musical style. They combined strong beats, electronic noise, post-gothic melodies with Ukrainian and German texts.
They played a lot of gigs and took part in many alternative festivals. The group acquired high pop in 1994.
