UK group initially performing under the name Heatwave. The band signed with John Edward's Instant production & management company and released one single as that name, at which point drummer Martin H. Samuel was replaced by Steve Rickard and a one-off single as Peters World was released before the band was renamed as The Sensations (4), which then morphed into The Sensation.
