The Pharaohs, were a british ska band from the Morecambe and Lancaster area, they supported The Selecter on their 1981 "Celebrate The Bullet" Tour.

The Pharaohs consisted of Tommy Smurthwaite (Vocals), Adam Williams (Bass), Mike Ashurst (Bass), Neil Gowland (Guitar), Pete Fitton (Guitar), James Mackie (Tenor Sax/Keyboards), Paul Boardman (Trombone), Phil Boardman (Trumpet), Dusty Hall (Alto Sax), Neil Pearson (Tenor Sax) and Bernie Kelly (Drums). Two members of the band, later joined The Selecter - James Mackie (Keyboards) and Adam Williams (Bass).
