Duralex Sedlex was an Israeli fringe band that played alternative rock. The band was led by Uri Drumer, a musician, writer, art teacher, and artist that specialized in plastic works, and who composed most of the band's songs. The songs are controversial and deal with fascism, violence ("In my sty everything is kosher"), death ("Cancer Hallucinations"), depression, sex ("Bad Woman", "End of Passion"), politics ("Left Right Left", "Rabbi in Israel ", "Halil Jobran", "Facing the sea", "Bring me the head of the brigadier") and especially in the trauma of the Holocaust ("Friday", "Popcornazi") and include the sound of a rather loud and heavy metal instrument, many screams and distortions.
