Gardy-Loo! was formed in June of 1990, by Ben Meyer, Richard Bateman, and Craig Huffman, after Nasty Savage called it quits."Gardy-loo" comes from the French "gardez l'eau" ("watch out for the water") and was shouted in England in the days before modern sewage facilities to warn people on the street when people dumped their waste out the window.
