Real name: Donald L. Riis
American country producer, deejay, songwriter and music executive.Born c.1933 Pennsylvania.
He was president of 50 States Records and involved with Safari Records, U.S.A.. He collaborated as a songwriter with Charlie Fields often, who was the V.P. of 50 States. He, for the most part, used the alias Johnny Howard when producing and his real name Donald L. Riis when songwriting.
