The Roving Mob

Fairborn, Ohio 1966-7
The Roving Mob were five teens from the Fairborn area, a northern suburb of Dayton. They recorded a 45 at King Studios in Sept/Oct 1966 of two original songs written by band members Don Campbell and Tom Williams. The Campbell family helped finance the record, (the WLC ‘label’ name was the initials for Don Campbell’s father). The band was popular locally and played many teen dances during their 1-2 year existence.
