MC EZ & Troup was an American rap group with Craig Mack and Teddy Lee. Mack grew up in Suffolk County, Long Island, and started writing rhymes at 12. He went on to cut his first single with Teddy Lee at just 17-years-old, as MC EZ and Troup. The singles, “Just Rhymin'” and “Get Retarded” were later sampled by Dr. Dre, LL Cool J, DJ Muggs, and MC Eiht.
