Umbertios
Dutch songwriter. On many contemporary releases, his name was used together with a credit for B. Stam (also in royalty databases). On later releases, Umbertios Stam is sometimes used as one credit. Still being a small mystery, it is probably the same person, indicated by "Bert" being a part of "Umbertios" and standing for the "B." in his name.
