Johann Weck
Real name: Johann Weck
(b Freiburg, c1495; d Strasbourg, Aug 1536). German organist and composer. From 1510 he studied at Freiburg University and two years later he was appointed organist at the cathedral there. In 1512 he spent a short time in Basle where he took lessons with the organist, possibly Johannes Kotter. In March 1513 he returned to Freiburg.
