Members: Sharif Dumani

The Dining Room Set were a mod-style power pop group from Los Angeles, CA formed in 1997 by Sharif Dumani, Josh Mancell, Troy Taroy. Mark Sogomian, and Creekbird. They released one album recorded by Ryan Wood (later of Midnight Movies, Sisu (2)) and then mixed at Mutato Muzika by Robert Casale. The group disbanded in 2000. Members went on to form The Moon Upstairs and Exploding Flowers.
