Czech vocal pop trio. Formed on November 1, 1968, by Marta Kubišová, Helena Vondráčková and Václav Neckář with the help of producer Bohuslav Ondráček. Backed on stage and in studio by the Orchestr Golden Kids, led by Josef Vobruba. Disbanded in February 1970 after Marta Kubišová’s ban by the communist regime. Reunited on occasions in the 1990s and 2000s.
Note: Apart from album “Golden Kids 1”, this group name remained usually uncredited on original vinyl releases, using the respective lead vocalists’ names instead. Thus for a more consistent discography, you may want to look up the Orchestr Golden Kids page.
