Canadian singer/songwriter and guitarist.
Born March 13, 1931 in Rolla, near Dawson Creek, British Columbia, Canada Died March 5, 1990 in Los Angeles, California, USA.
His brother Keray Regan and sister Fern Regan were also recording artists. He was married to Lucille Starr.

Bob was considered the undisputed World's Fastest Guitar Player c.1962, and held the title at least 23 years. He first won the title on the ABC television show "Country America". He also played (at the time) the only original three-neck guitar and could make it sound like a banjo, mandolin, fiddle, and bass. He also played numerous other instruments and could impersonate such artists as Webb Pierce, Lefty Frissel, Ernest Tubb, Hank Snow, Willie Nelson, and Johnny Cash.
He won the BMI Award Certificate of Honor for Composer from Canada.
