Andre Anthony Waters

Born and raised in New York City. His father was a musician who performed in the Big Band era with Count Basie's Orchestra. Andre studied music at the Brooklyn School of Music, as well as film and television directing at NYU. As an actor he has appeared on soaps such as General Hospital and Days of Our Lives.
