            Agghir
Members: Jean-Marc Javelaud, Stéphane Veyssière, Olivier Soulier, Pascal Ceaux, Nathalie Kaddour, Jean-Luc Gildore (2)
French folk-rock band from the Limousin region, created in 1999.The band rose from the ashes of Folk À L'Âme who disbanded in 1999 after disagreement with their founder member Christophe Bordas, who eventually left to pursue a solo career. The remaining members of Folk À L'Âme decided to carry on as a new band, with a new name, and a new music, more rock and electric. With new recruit Claudine Le Guen on vocals, and the return of Jean-Marc Javelaud (from the early Folk À L'Âme days), the group built a new repertoire and played live regularly.
Agghir recorded their first (self-produced) album in 2000, which was released in Summer 2001.
In 2003 Jean-Marc Javelaud and Jean-Luc Gildore left, and Dominique Ceaux (brother of Pascal Ceaux) joined on bass.
The recording of the second album of the group, « Au Bout Du Voyage », started in 2006 and it was released in 2007.
