Canadian-born manager, producer and music executive.
Married to Albeth Paris (1960) and father of Clancy B. Grass IV.
Manager of The Paris Sisters, he relocated to Los Angeles after married Albeth in the early 1960's
He then formed a series of production companies, specializing in live concerts, and television programming for the Canadian market. Founder of Inphasion Records.
