Avril In Blood is a combination of old school death metal, grindcore and trash metal, adding a “new wave” of sound with flavors of melodic metalcore, modern days hardcore, and a bit of unique style from each of the band’s members. Avril In Blood is formed in the first day of April 2007. That's where the name comes from (Avril = April in French, it has nothing to do with the pop singer Avril Lavigne). Avril In Blood is also known as the first Bulgarian deathcore band.
