Real name: Pastor Euquerio de Jesús Cervera Rosado

Guitarist and singer from Yucatan, Mexico.
(Mérida, Yucatán, February 20, 1915 - Mérida, Yucatán, May 31, 2001)

Troubadour and composer. Emblematic figure in the Trova Yucateca. While still young he formed a duet with his brother-in-law Medardo Cervera, with his brother Ermilo. Within the Artistic Sociedad Artística Ricardo Palmerín began as a composer. He sang a duet with Juan Acereto, Coqui Navarro and Lía Baeza with whom he recorded several albums.
In 1954 he composed his first songs "Así te quiero"; "El Collar"; and "Como Un Lucero". In 1959, he participated in the Chan Cil Yucatan Song Contest organized by the Sociedad Artística
Ricardo Palmerín , two finalists of which he wrote "La tarde" and "Así te quiero.
Author of fifty-one songs, most with their own lyrics
