Jimmy was a guitarist from the 50's onward. He played with a number of bands, including Johnny Hammond Smith, Paul Bryant and Billy Larkins and the Delegates.

Jimmy is also the writer of the track Soul Sister, which is often credited incorrectly to other Jimmy Daniels.
