Icelandic hip hop group from Reykjavík, Iceland, founded in 1997. Members included Ciphah, Scienz, Plain, Reptor and Ágústa Eva Erlendsdóttir. Kritikal Mazz were a pioneering hip hop group in Iceland, helping to shape the infrastructure and the hip hop culture that is present there. They also introduced a darker and more hardcore style to the Icelandic hip hop scene, often seeking inspiration from horror movies and their soundtracks. They released their self-titled debut album on Smekkleysa in 2002.
