DJ & producer from Manchester. Was resident from 1990 at West 1 at Welwyn Garden City. Paul used to work with Robert Haigh (Omni Trio) in Parliament Records, Hertford, UK. Then began working on Graham Gold's Kiss FM show. Used to do the mailouts for Moving Shadow.
