Swedish folk musician (fiddler) and music administrator, born January 16, 1946 in Rättvik.

He is educated at the Folk Music School, Ingesund. Göras plays the violin, including in Orsa fiddlers, and is also a trained conductor. He has previously worked as principal of the municipal music school in Orsa municipality. His father was the fiddler Göras Anders Persson from the village Östbjörka outside Rättvik.
