Violinist and guitarist.
Ruth grew up in the Peak District in Derbyshire, England. As a child, much of her time was spent alone, playing her violin. She studied composition and creative studies at the Birmingham Conservatoire. She played with Jo Hamilton and Joe Broughton in the Fiddle Quintet before joining the Rainbow Chasers at it’s inception in 2004. She also worked with Joe Topping when they both played for John Wright on his UK tour in 2005.
Ruth also plays with The Larkrise Band, SURGE ensemble, MABON, and various other artists from time to time.
