Real name: Ernest Jean Craps

Belgian composer, arranger, conductor, saxophonist, clarinetist, and harpist
born October 17, 1903 in Brussels, Belgium Died 1992.

Husband of singer Claude Alix, for and with whom he composed and arranged songs. Father of singer Claude Lombard.
Bee recorded with The Red Beans 1928, Orchestra Jazz Columbia 1930, Robert De Kers 1936, Gus Deloof 1940-1941, Chas Dolne 1940, 1942, Robert Bosmans 1942, own band 1955-1956, 1958, and as leader of Dixie Rag-a-Jazz Band 1965.
He charted as a songwriter in the U.K. in 1960 with "Obsession" by Reg Owen, which rose to the #43 spot. He charted 3 additional times between 1956 and 1995 on the U.K. charts.
