Members: John Majkut, Dan Majkut, Jack Gonsalves

Boston-based pop jazz lounge group. They use comedy in their show often. Members included:
Jack Gonsalves -- Trumpet/Flugelhorn, Dan Majkut -- Electric Accordion, John Majkut -- Drums. The band name came from their names/initials.
They started playing together in high school in Taunton, Massachusetts, and began playing professionally in 1964. They were originally called "The Jack D'John Trio".
They were very popular at fairgrounds, lounges, and other places where there was alot of band/audience interaction.
Jack's father was John Gonsalves, Sr., who was a member of Al Hirt's orchestra. Dan Majkut and John Majkut both attended Northeastern University.
