Maurice Seezer

Real name: Maurice Roycroft

Effective period / Period of releases: 1989 - 2002

Classically trained pianist, born in Dublin in September 1960. Studied piano, cello and harmony at the Royal Academy of Music. Doesn't like punk. Went to Trinity College Dublin to study the bible, played piano in bars, conducted the College singers and then met Gavin Friday. The rest is recording history.
Seezer plays Piano, Accordion and sings with legendary Irish band Interference, and the alternative version of Interference known as Dog Tail Soup.
Seezer has recorded with and/or played alongside many other high profile artists ( please make your own investigations using the internet, it is not permitted to tell you with whom on this forum) and has written and received several award nominations for film scores ( again you’ll have to do your own research)
