Artist and educator based in Brooklyn, NY. Miller performs live visuals in real time under the alias NO CARRIER. He has become more widely known in the chiptune scene due to his programming of the earliest NES cartridge albums and development of the "VegaPlay" ROM commonly used in the creation of cartridge albums.
