Ace Tone Rhythm Machine
The world's first transistor rhythm machine, made by Roland (then existing under the Ace Tone brand), first commercialized in 1967 (FR-1 model) and 1970 (FR-2 model).
In the UK, units were marketed under the Bentley Rhythm Ace brand, which presumably gave rise to the 1997 Birmingham band Bentley Rhythm Ace.
