Born - Fleetwood, Lancashire 7/sep/1940Trad band bassist with many leaders, including Keith Smith. Clarinettist and trombonist with The Crickets Show Band and "Alpine Seven". Harmonica and vocals with Bluesville. Returning from Dublin in 1964 he played for The Kingpins, Bill Greenow and Brian Lemon. Formed Bees Make Honey in 1972
