Pixel Hero was a side-project founded in 2009 by Latvian industrial artist Wormboy (W.O.M.B., MELD) as a detour from pure industrial music into a mix of EBM, new wave and chiptunes. The project was never intended as a stand-alone act, more like a test of a new Electribe box’s capabilities, but the idea caught.

Disbanded in 2018. All tracks on pixelhero.bandcamp.com are now free and Attribution 3.0.
