Boyzvoice were nothing else than a fictional boy band, consisting of the three "brothers" M'Pete, Hot Tub, and Roar Lund-Bergseter. The band was originally formed by Norwegian comedians/actors Espen Eckbo and Henrik Elvestad, with the purpose to make fun of boy bands and the entire commercial music industry.
Their first appearance was on a late-night Norwegian talk-show in 1999, and the same year they climbed the charts in Norway with their Christmas single "Let Me Be Your Father X-mas". In 2000, they were starring in the movie "Get Ready to be Boyzvoiced", a mockumentary about their lives Boyzvoice have these days disbanded and the three actors who appeared as band members - Espen Eckbo (M'Pete), Øyvind Thoen (Hot Tub) and Kaare Daniel Steen (Roar) - are now pursuing other projects.
