Brazilian funk melody group from Rio de Janeiro city. The members were Dinho (Edson da Silva), Magoo (Johny Daves Ferreira de Santana), Léo (Leonardo Felipe Moreira) and Moa (Moacir Gonçalves de Freitas). Cashmere was founded in 1983 as a group of dancers, they recorded their first song in 1990 called "Melô do Dá Dá Dá". In January 1995 they released their debut album, called "Segura". Cashmere recorded their last song in 1996, called "Volta Paixão". The group disbanded in 2000.
