Born Meldola (FC), 29 July 1958. Italian musician multi-instrumentalist, arranger, singer, composer, famous in the genre of "Ballo Liscio" and also known as "Moreno Il Biondo" for his blonde hair. For several years he was a member of the Orchestra Spettacolo Raoul Casadei, the most famous and long-lived Italian dance orchestra, popular in the Italian dance industry and famous in the world for its musical genre called "Liscio". In 2002 he founded the "Orchestra Grande Evento" where he brings with him great interpreters such as Mauro Ferrara, Fiorenzo Tassinari, Walter Giannarelli, Roberto Forti.
