London-based producer Edit (3d!T) entered the fray with 1999 hardcore techno release The Surgery EP under the alias Eddie Nurishment. Valuing less serious styles of techno that brought comedic fun to dance floor, Edit moved on to release a slower, wonkier techno sound on Uglyfunk, Don't and Coin Operated amongst others. He also assisted Chabal (Chuck Thrux) setting up techno label Shed Records and Bernard's Haircut, on which he released more experimental output.

Edit hosted the show "3d!T Presents..." on radio station ILLFM from 2007-2011.
