Real name: Troy Thornton

Bumpinstein, born Troy Thornton, began his musical journey in the early 90s in his hometown of Fairfield, California, as a local hip-hop/rap artist which eventually led to his present studio in a commercial recording facility in Fairfield. Operating one of the most advanced recording studios in his area, Bumpinstein quickly became the go-to-producer and song writer for many new up and coming hip-hop artists and also composing music for many established Bay Area rap artists such as the late Mac Dre, B-Legit, C-Bo and J.T. The Bigga Figga just to name a few.
