Abonos is a gothic metal band from Belgrade, Serbia. The band was formed in late 1999. Abonos music reminds on late gothic and early renaissance period combined with energetic metal sound, with keyboards which give special sound and female opera-like vocals fulfilled with male vocal. Rhythm section is strong with heavy and complex guitar sections. Lyrics are multifarious with strophes in Serbian and English mixed together and somewhere even Latin.
