Painface is an American metal band formed in 1998 by Anders Colsefni, the former vocalist of Slipknot. They renamed to On A Pale Horse in mid-2001. Colsefni left the band in 2003 and decided to revive Painface with a new lineup in 2010. They are now sporadically active in the Des Moines, Iowa area.

Not to be confused with Colsefni's first band with the same name, Painface.
