Real name: Spencer George Bellamy

Originally a DJ with Howie Tee's "Count Disco" crew. Howie got him spots deejaying at block parties in the 80s, and by 89 Bellamy was starting to make beats.
Best known for 1996's "Tried By 12" with DeS, Spencer has only released top quality material, even if he has not released all that much. He always picks excellent unknown rappers for his East Flatbush Project records from the aforementioned DeS, to Ruste Juxx and Mirage Black.
Sometimes credited as "Spencer 4 Hire".
