Died of hemorrhaging on 28.11.2006, in New Orleans - 58 years old.
He toured with rock and soul bands and tutored scores of local musicians. Known for his talent on the guitar and saxophone, he worked with The Contours, Wayne Cochran & The C.C. Riders, Luther Kent, The Chicken Hawks, among others. He also was a composer and arranger for Ronnie Kole, Ann Margret, Irma Thomas and The Tonight Show Band.
