Ioannis Gavalas, Greek songwriter (primarily lyricist). Born in 1949 in Athens, Greece.
Not to be confused with the Sonora (3) executive Γιάννης Γαβαλάς.
In 1966, he & Στέλιος Πελαγίδης founded Βεντέττα, and, in 1967, he & his father founded Sonata (3).
Son of Πάνος Γαβαλάς & Ζωή Γαβαλά.
