Stu Sobol was a successful manager in the music industry for more than 20 years. He co-owned Spivak Sobol Entertainment with Arthur Spivak (originally Spivak Entertainment until 1996). The company then merged with management company The Firm (8) in 2004. His clients included Three Days Grace, Seether, Hoobastank, Ryan Star, Hawthorne Heights, Emily Osment, Eve 6 and Skye Sweetnam.

He died on July 10, 2008.
