American old-time trio from North Carolina, United States.

Original line-up:
Wilmer Watts (c. 1897 – August 21, 1943) on banjo, fiddle, guitar, dobro, autoharp, harmonica, musical saw or drums
Charles Freshour (1900–1959) on guitar
Charlie Wilson (1900–?) on steel guitar (later replaced by Palmer Rhyne (1904–1967), a fellow factory worker friend of Watts)

The trio recorded six sides for Paramount Records in 1927. In 1929 they returned to Paramount's New York studios. This time Charlie Wilson was replaced on steel guitar by Palmer Rhyne. These sessions resulted in fourteen sides.
